Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language to suit different customer personalities

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in web browsers, chat software, and basic troubleshooting tools
  • Customer service orientation, with a genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a remote work environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
