The Opportunity
Within arenaflex, the Mom and Baby team is a vibrant, collaborative unit consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a robust support system. Our division provides breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services to new and expectant mothers, supporting expecting mothers, MD offices, and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative on the Mom and Baby team, you will be responsible for:
- Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery nationwide
- Interfacing with existing customers to determine their needs and presenting arenaflex's services
- Handling inbound calls/emails from patients and converting them to potential sales
- Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to provide personalized support
- Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
- Communicating with customers to provide equipment/sizing troubleshooting and resolving any concerns
- Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts
- Documentation processing, including verification of insurance and order entry
- Maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality and adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

- Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and strong work ethics
- Sensitivity to patient care issues and commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Microsoft Office computer skills
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on phone-based interactions
- 1+ years of multiple phone line experience
