Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a helpful bonus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Meet the qualifications listed above
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
