Job Overview

arenaflex is seeking experienced Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a permanent work-from-home role, supporting our offices in Minnesota and Indiana. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in handling customer service inquiries and resolving problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries
  • Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
  • Collaborate with the team and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations, including creating a differentiated service experience, demonstrating service discipline, handling service challenges, and providing solutions to constituent needs
  • Work across boundaries to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Call center experience and medical terminology/insurance knowledge
  • Experience working in a production environment
  • Computer savvy with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Education and Compensation

A high school diploma or GED is required for this role. The typical pay range for this position is $18.50 - $35.29 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to your base pay.
