Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to early childcare programs, addressing product and service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
- Deliver engaging product and service training to childcare program directors and staff through webinars and instructor-led sessions
- Assist in creating and maintaining effective training content
- Support client retention efforts by onboarding new clients through implementation processes
- Accurately maintain records and generate reports in various databases
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project goals, policies, and performance standards
- Collaborate across teams to provide technology updates and ensure quality assurance
- Track client interactions using CRM tools
- Assist with translations as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall success
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or product training
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a collaborative environment
Education Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
