Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via chat. You'll work closely with our sales team to respond to customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and encourage customers to place orders. With our user-friendly software and daily training, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads
- Encourage customers to place orders and close sales directly on the chat
- Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
- Participate in daily training and mentorship programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior sales experience necessary – we'll provide training and support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
