- Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
- Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Successful experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of SBS products and services.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals.
