A Day in the Life of a Patient Care Advocate at arenaflex
As a Patient Care Advocate, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better, using your knowledge and problem-solving skills to answer their questions effectively
* Keep track of patient interactions, using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of their concerns quickly and documenting all interactions in real-time
* Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice, identifying and empathetically addressing their concerns and escalating appropriately when necessary
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* A College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus (preferred)
* At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
* Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
* Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary

* A College or Junior College education with a healthcare focus
* Medical Terminology training
* Pharmacy or Benefits training
