Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling Emergency Signals: Respond promptly and professionally to emergency signals from our customers.
• Notifying/Verifying Alarm Signals: Verify alarm signals and notify the proper authorities as needed.
• Dispatching Proper Authorities: Dispatch the correct authorities to respond to emergency situations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Have Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential for success in this role.
• Be Flexible with Weekends, Holidays, and Overtime: Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Have Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications are required.
