Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Providing an optimum level of service, aiming to achieve the best resolution for the customer
  • Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Strong customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with a strong understanding of computer systems and technology
  • Strong social support system, with the ability to work from home and manage your time effectively
