Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for executing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined in our comprehensive client training program. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined in the comprehensive client training program.
- Managing credentialing-related functions, including data entry of applications, verification of vendor resources, and oversight of board certifications.
- Conducting follow-ups with state boards and credentialing organizations to procure status updates and verifications.
- Ensuring the integrity and precision of credentialing data, adhering strictly to industry compliance standards.
- Validating information from external entities through online databases to guarantee accuracy.
- Embracing additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of supporting a home-based work environment.
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.
Qualifications
While a minimum of 6 months' experience in a data entry or customer service role is advantageous, we're open to considering candidates with relevant transferable skills. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to commit to 40 hours of work per week, with weekends off.
