What to Expect:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Utilizing internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that builds value in our brand
  • Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events
  • Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues players experience with our products

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support and solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

What We're Looking For:

* High School diploma or College Degree required

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
