We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to participate in our National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $750 per week working part-time from home, with the flexibility to choose from a variety of studies and participate online or in-person. This is a great way to supplement your income, gain valuable experience, and develop new skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participating fully in discussions, both online and in-person
Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative Agent with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior experience as a Customer Service Representative Agent is necessary
