Job Overview

As a Customer Service and Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a key role in connecting with potential and existing customers, assisting with inquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to support customer needs, address questions, and help drive product sales through personalized service. Key Responsibilities

* Sales Support: Assist with inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions based on customer needs to drive sales

  • Customer Service: Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers
  • Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and following up on delivery status
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals, share feedback, and continuously improve customer experience
  • Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales data using our CRM system

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree being a plus

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable Working Remotely: Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
