Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, even after hours. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
• Operating the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting our products
• Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers, even in a fast-paced environment
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and come up with creative solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with our company
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit

Physical Requirements

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds
• Lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, occasionally
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, occasionally
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, occasionally
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination
