• Achieve and maintain a minimum accuracy standard of 98.7% on all reports.
• For exceptional performers, the opportunity to take on an Editor role to assist with challenging reports requiring advanced skills. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical transcription.
• A clear understanding of medical terminology, procedures, pharmacology, and practices.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high accuracy standards.
• A home office setup that meets our technical requirements, including high-speed internet, a USB-Infinity foot pedal, headphones, and a Windows 10 computer with specified processor, RAM, and hard drive specifications. Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) certification, although not required, is highly preferred.
