  • Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.
  • Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
