About the Role

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for transferring data from one source to another through data entry equipment, word processing, or verbal recordings. Your attention to detail, strong typing skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports to provide valuable insights to our team
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a clutter-free workspace

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with our team and clients
  • Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets, to efficiently manage and analyze data
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
