What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering amazing customer experiences. Your day will be filled with:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
- Collaborating with customers to resolve issues and find solutions that meet their needs
- Providing product or service knowledge to customers, recognizing and applying arenaflex's values and principles
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills
- Residency in North Carolina or surrounding areas
- Strong computer experience, including proficiency in software applications and online tools
- High-speed internet (> 40mbps) for reliable and efficient communication
