Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to support our paid media examination capability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with marketing teams to identify opportunities to optimize paid media spend and improve efficiency
- Developing and implementing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
- Creating and disseminating custom reports and analyses to support key stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Developing and maintaining KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results
- Providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities to optimize paid media spend and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
- Create and disseminate custom reports and analyses to support key stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in analytics or a related field (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Scientist)
