Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for managing various platforms and tools to provide exceptional customer support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Google Drive/Docs to ensure seamless collaboration and data organization
  • Managing Helpscout, our customer service email platform, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
  • Managing Zapier to automate tasks and streamline workflows
  • Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, which will require you to be comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to changing requirements
  • Managing Apple Connect and Google Play Console to ensure our App's presence on these platforms is optimized and up-to-date
  • Managing Test Flight to ensure our App is thoroughly tested and meets the highest standards of quality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience in project management and customer service leadership (a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working with CRM platforms and customer service software
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
