Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Workforce Activities and Operations

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive process enhancements, improve communication, and optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes

• Perform data gathering tasks, integration, and analysis to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
• Produce reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve communication
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

• Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
• Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Matplotlib
• Strong understanding of data science and machine learning concepts
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
