Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) - Retail Phones (Remote, based in Nashville)

As a part-time remote Customer Experience Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with shoppers, and helping us achieve our goal of making vision accessible to all.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service to our shoppers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service by supporting customers who call arenaflex retail stores and by answering customer emails
* Learning our internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
* Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points so we can optimize each customer's experience
Who You Are
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who can think outside the box, a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience, and a highly organized and attentive individual who can juggle multiple tasks at once.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
* Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
* Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
* Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra Credit
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a definite plus.
