Provide seamless support via live chat, email, and phone to ensure a positive customer experience. -

Utilizing Internal Resources:

Assist players with account statuses and histories, leveraging our internal resources to deliver exceptional support. -

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service:

Assisting with Hotel Reservations and RSVPs:

Help guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events, ensuring a seamless experience. -

What is Required (Qualifications):

To succeed in this role, you'll need: -

Customer Service Experience:
