Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform application data entry, online chat inquiries, and other tasks as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting performance goals
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service experiences

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
