Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for gig workers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Providing detailed information about our platform and services to gig workers and potential users
  • Assisting users in navigating our application and connecting with available shifts
  • Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times
  • Staying updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with gig workers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is preferred
