Your Impact

As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, you will engage directly with our clients to review how their media investments are performing, identify ways to optimize and grow their media investments, work closely with sales and account management to formulate media strategies aimed at growing our clients' business at arenaflex, develop test and learn plans, and elevate our clients' understanding of the arenaflex customer.

What You Will Do

* Creates annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's overall business objectives and goals.

  • Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting for both internal partners within our Retail Media Network and across the arenaflex enterprise, and external clients and agencies.
  • Synthesizes disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments to grow business at arenaflex, regularly delivering these recommendations to both internal leadership (VP+) as well as external vendor-partners of all levels.
  • Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Tells data stories that support other key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies, effectively communicating complex insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregates all sources of insights to support other client-facing teams (e.g., sales and account management), ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
  • Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's Retail Media Network Insights team and the whole of the arenaflex retail media business, especially in key forums with leadership, to highlight the state of the arenaflex customer.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, with 5 years of experience in insights and analytics.

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer understanding.
  • Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with a strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Experience with A/B testing, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with a strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools, with a strong ability to extract insights from complex data sets.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA), with a strong understanding of business strategy and operations.

  • Experience leading teams and driving business impact, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing global teams, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
  • Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.), with a strong ability to extract insights from complex data sets.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
