Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service and IT Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, including processing payments, resolving disputes, and providing information on our services.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity, account access, and other basic technical issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, working closely with our technical teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Schedule

As a part-time employee, you will work a flexible schedule that fits around your life. Our part-time schedule includes:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Qualifications
