Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our team in a remote work opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing information section and patient enrollment, answering high-volume client requests, and working under direct supervision. You will observe guideline working methods and perform obligations as per arenaflex strategies and methodology. Your responsibilities may change given the assigned division.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex solution information section strategies and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper framework.

• Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA rules and enter top-off orders for handling.
• Investigate to get missing solution data, and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes).
• Settle all information section-related special cases.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
