Key Responsibilities

  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress, maintaining organized records and files
  • Perform searches on websites for information, utilizing your research skills to gather relevant data
  • Audit reports and sheets of data, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Review finalized work, checking for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
  • Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including intermediate experience with formulas, functions, and data analysis
