Key Responsibilities

As a Telecommute Clerk – Online Data Entry & Typing Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and typing services for clients, including but not limited to:

+ Entering data into spreadsheets and databases + Typing documents and reports + Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including:

+ Responding to client inquiries and concerns + Resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner + Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met

  • Working independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines, including:

+ Managing your time effectively to meet productivity goals + Staying organized and focused to ensure high-quality work + Seeking support and guidance from team members and management as needed

  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development, including:

+ Learning new skills and technologies to improve your performance + Attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and expertise + Seeking feedback and coaching from team members and management to improve your skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset
  • Experience with data entry, typing, or customer service an asset
  • Basic computer skills and functions, including:

+ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) + Internet browsing and research

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
