Role Overview

As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for creating positive brand experiences through various promotional events. Your key responsibilities will include: ### Event Setup & Display

  • Assist in setting up organized, attractive display areas at various retail locations and event spaces
  • Help create inviting booths, product displays, and information stations that capture attention and highlight arenaflex's message
  • Ensure display areas are visually appealing and effectively communicate the brand's message

### Customer Interaction & Engagement

  • Welcome event attendees with a friendly and personable approach
  • Answer product-related questions and highlight brand benefits
  • Inspire customer interest and build positive connections that drive loyalty
  • Use your enthusiasm and knowledge to create memorable experiences for customers

### Event Operations Support

  • Assist with on-site logistics, including setup, breakdown, and transportation of event materials
  • Distribute promotional materials and guide attendees to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Proactively support event operations to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for customers and team members

### Brand Ambassadorship

  • Represent arenaflex with professionalism, passion, and an energetic presence
  • Embodies the brand's mission and values, leaving a lasting impression on potential and returning customers
  • Ensure consistent and accurate communication of brand messaging and values
