Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Manager to join our team in California. As a key member of our consumer insights and activation team, you'll be responsible for driving first-party data collection and activation strategies across the digital landscape. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for gathering, processing, and utilizing first-party customer data across the digital environment

• Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer insights
• Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with data protection regulations and industry standards
• Develop and execute robust data governance processes to obtain explicit customer consent for data collection and usage

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, computer science, data analytics)

• 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles
• Proven track record of driving customer-centric strategies and initiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business goals into actionable customer engagement strategies
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, computer science, data analytics)

• Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
