Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with our multicultural teams distributed throughout the world, leveraging your analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities to drive success. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidate applications
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
