Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Understanding and identifying customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
• Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to facilitate the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards
• Providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the success of our Customs Brokerage team

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)
• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills in supply chain and logistics
• A desire for a career in supply chain and logistics, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
