• Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers
• Interpret and apply airline policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring timely departures and arrivals
• Provide support to distressed passengers and customers, resolving issues and providing solutions
• Protect company assets and revenue, maintaining a secure and efficient work environment
• Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including operating motorized equipment and performing air stairs operations
• Use organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, and respond to emergency situations, providing support and assistance as needed
• Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

All You'll Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Fluency in the English language, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
• A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
• The ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• The ability to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
• The ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
• A commitment to working on a regular and timely basis
