Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position, with occasional on-site training and meetings required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
