The Role

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Following up on complicated customer calls to ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Some sales and customer service experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
