Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales strategies
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • A positive and professional demeanor is crucial, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Previous experience in gaming or a similar field is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think critically under pressure

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Possess basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
