Job Summary

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will also be responsible for data entry, patient enrollment, and medication management, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Enter patient and medication data into our electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage patient enrollment, including verifying patient information and updating records as needed
  • Handle medication management, including processing refill requests, answering medication-related questions, and resolving issues
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, including pharmacy and clinical teams, to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
  • Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching the internet, and completing online forms
  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting

  • 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM with accuracy
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
