Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets, managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve customer experiences
What We Offer
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow
Requirements to Work from Home
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent Internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
- In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
