A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll be working diligently with customers to provide solutions, answer general customer service questions, and drive customer satisfaction for our clients. Your day will be filled with:

• Providing expert troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues
• Answering service-related questions, including billing inquiries and product enhancement opportunities
• Focusing on one call resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Continuously learning and improving your skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Brand Champion Skillset

* 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Excellent Communications skills
• Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
• Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload

• Ethernet cable connection (no wi-fi)
• Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
• USB headset with microphone
• Webcam
• Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
