Job Description:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Account creation and management using ServiceNow and CyberArk platforms

• Processing claims online portal tickets with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
• Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
• Providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with the team to achieve goals and objectives
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk roles

• Healthcare experience is highly desirable
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with flexible start and end times (6am-8:30am and 2pm-4:30pm)

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

* Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk platforms

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in a remote work setting or willingness to work from home
