The Role
As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Working part-time (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) to ensure our customers receive the support they need on weekends
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Agent with:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, including phone, email, and chat support
- A deep understanding of the importance of building trust and relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
