Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Director of Chance Administration to join our team, responsible for fostering business processes and risk management strategies that drive growth and innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess new information sources, develop and implement business process improvement techniques, and drive continuous improvement in risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Investigate organized and unstructured data to decipher insights using factual, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods

• Collaborate with innovation and other teams to develop and implement risk management approaches and business processes
• Identify and assess new information sources (controlled and unstructured) to enhance productivity and drive business growth
• Develop and implement business process improvement techniques to drive continuous improvement in risk management practices
• Work with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies that align with arenaflex's growth objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and innovation teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and business process improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
• Proven track record of developing and implementing business process improvement techniques that drive growth and innovation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher complex data insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with MS Excel for financial and data reporting and analysis
• Experience with Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, UAT, and Unix

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a leading global organization

• Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
