Job Overview

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in addressing labor force activities and concerns from our store and HR partners in the field. • Develop and present reports to teams and leadership for review and action

• Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders
• Direct and manage direct reports, including assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job. A minimum of 3 years of work experience is preferred, with store insight and/or ASDS experience being a plus. You should have experience driving high-performing teams, consulting management, and/or project management, as well as solid quantitative abilities like statistics and data analysis.
