Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases with precision and efficiency
• Monitoring WAN links for stability and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure
• Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configuring routers, switches, and load balancers
• Alerting and log monitoring, as well as preventative health checks and incident management
• Reporting and administering security and IAM (Identity and Access Management)
• Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve our processes

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor WAN links for stability and ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure

• Monitor routers, switches, and load balancers to ensure optimal performance
• Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure routers, switches, and load balancers
• Alert and log monitoring, as well as preventative health checks and incident management
• Reporting and administering security and IAM (Identity and Access Management)
• Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve our processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology)

• Experience with data entry, network administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Windows, Unix, Linux, and other operating systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Powershell, Bash, and other technical tools
• Experience with incident management tools, ITSL processes, and network monitoring systems
