Your Role in arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice and face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues. You will work collaboratively with our team to find innovative solutions, escalate complex problems, and provide feedback to improve our services.
Responsibilities
* Connect with customers to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of Customer Service experience (preferred)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with:
- Windows 10 or later
- Wired Ethernet LAN connection
- Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
- A minimum of 4GB RAM
- Internet Connection Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
