Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent client services
  • Utilizing computerized systems to track and manage customer requests efficiently

  • Providing feedback on common issues or trends observed during interactions with customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
