Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of travel experts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating all trip components, including air, hotels, car rentals, theme park tickets, event tickets, and other travel needs for corporate and leisure travelers. Key Responsibilities:

Research and Planning:
Conduct thorough research on destinations, weather, customs, special activities, and more to provide valuable insights to our clients.
Booking and Coordination:
Book all travel plans as needed for clients, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities.
Client Relationships:
Develop strong relationships with clients to gather information, book travel, and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after their vacation.
Education and Training:
Participate in daily trainings on new products, destinations, and specials to stay up-to-date on the latest travel industry trends.
Essential Qualifications:

Age:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Technology:
Must have a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
Learning and Coaching:
Must be willing to learn and be coachable
Self-Motivation:
Must be self-motivated and have a passion for helping others
Social Media:
Open to and comfortable with various Social Media platforms
Communication:
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (sales or customer service background a plus but not required)
Organization:
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Supervision:
Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision

Travel Industry Experience:
Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly in customer service or sales
Certifications:
Travel Agent Certification or other relevant certifications
